Find your phone details
- Open your phone’s Settings and look under About phone for the Android version. Menu names vary by manufacturer.
- Open Settings → Apps → your existing app to record its version and storage use.
- Check available storage in Settings. An installer can need temporary space beyond the APK size.
- Keep a note of the device model for the genuine publisher’s support team. Do not post serial numbers or device identifiers.
Read a compatibility record
| Field | Meaning | What not to assume |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum Android / minSdk | Lowest OS level declared by the app | An old date proves compatibility |
| Target Android / targetSdk | Platform behaviours the app targets | It is the minimum OS version |
| ABI / CPU support | Native-code architectures included | All Android packages are universal |
| Package and signature | App identity used for installation and updates | A matching icon means a matching app |
| Server support | Whether the service accepts that client | Successful install means successful login |
The actual manifest and publisher documentation are needed for exact requirements. This site has no verified package from which to extract them.
Understand common error messages
“App not installed” can have several causes: an incompatible package, a conflicting signature, insufficient space or a version conflict. “Problem parsing the package” can indicate an invalid or unsupported file. These messages do not identify one universal fix.
Record the full message and stop repeated installation attempts. Do not seek modified packages that claim to bypass Android checks. The troubleshooting guide helps you collect useful evidence without changing security settings.
Low-memory phones
Close unused apps, restart the device and check ordinary storage before diagnosing the game. Avoid cleaner apps promising guaranteed performance. Compare real installed storage and memory behaviour only when you have a trusted package and a defined test; no such benchmark has been performed for this project.
